All of Green Days songs are great but the fast ones are my favorites. My favorite fast ones include "In The End," "Jaded," "Take Back," "Bab's Uvula Who," "Who Wrote Holden Caulfield," "Platypus," and "Android." What are your favorite badass fast songs?

I've never pictured Green Day as a head banging band...

Everything Slipknot, can't disagree with the wisdom of the Tim on this one.

Yeah I agree with you. I fixed it because my language wasn't clear. I meant like fast songs that are great by the band. Sorry for the misconception. Green day for life

It's very clear now.

I think Bab's Uvula Who is my favourite, the speed of it along with the lyrics express the feeling of being wound up so well. And Take Back because it's such a Green Day attempt at a hardcore sounding song, Billie's snotty little version of growling and the nasty lyrics set to that pace are just right, I like that it's done their way.

It's my favourite song at the moment. It seems rare to get a song with so much energy yet also actual meaningful lyrics.

My vote is for Scattered.  It is the first song I learned to play and it also has very meaningful lyrics.

Jaded, Babs Uvula Who, and In the End are my favorite songs too. They really get me going and fired up!

Bab's Uvula Who is wonderful. Angsty, angry and energetic. What's not to like.

In 9th or 10th grade Take Back used to be my favorite song any band had ever recorded. It was dark times Harry, dark times.

Then I'd also add Stuck With Me to this list, hugely underrated song and their first attempt at getting overtly political.

I wouldn't say it's overly political. To be honest, It hasn't occurred to me myself. It kind of makes sense, though. :P Would you mind explaining it better?

I wouldn't call stuck with me political.  I always thought it was more about the kind of a crowd b crowd kind of bullshit.  Thus the title
