eastbayweirdo Posted December 10, 2016 Share Posted December 10, 2016 As a barista who has served both Mike and Billie Four Barrel medium roast that they loved numerous times (great tippers), I'm surprised they created a dark, oily coffee roast. The packaging is great, but they need to work on those beans, especially in such a vast and competitive coffee culture as the Bay Area. This is definitely not anything to compare to third wave coffee, which is why I'm assuming Mike made up the term "fourth wave".
