He could get a Razzie. It'd make my year.

Unfortunately you have to already be considered good to warrant a Razzie. Johnny Depp got one the same year he was up for an Oscar  Billie's so bad he's not even considered for Razzies.

The need to point out what a shit actor Billie is as if we don't already know, apparently :P

That poster really is terrible, it makes the photographer/designer in me want to punch myself in the face.

Is his role really that big?

okay 'r' looks very similar to 'h' in this font so i read that line completely wrong

Leighton is so amazing. Pretty cool that he had the chance to work with her.

People shouldn't joke about him getting an oscar for this because you know that won't happen :tired: Also, you shouldn't underestimate him either. What if the American Idiot movie is done and he plays St. Jimmy and kills it? (As for great performance, I mean  ) I couldn't see him on the musical but I bet he was brilliant.

Anyway... that has nothing to do with this movie. I was thinking that poster looks so crappy because maybe it is something like fanmade and someone is trying to fool us. Below all the names I read it says "www.moviename.com" Is it possible the movie (even if it's not a big production) doesn't have an official site yet? I searched it but couldn't find it.

The American Idiot Movie is basically the only thing I can picture him giving a good performance in. Any other acting gig is doomed

One B-list actress and a washed up rock star? This has straight to DVD written all over it :P

A GIRL CAN DREAM OF TORTURING HER BOYFRIEND!! it's funny because i daydream about this man, and Josh uses his picture at the hairdressers. also if it's straight to DVD at least i can download it in better quality faster

My thoughts are that this is going to be like when Broadway Idiot has it's screenings. That yes, I would think Billie Joe would attend at least one of them and I expect reviews. Just my thoughts, not for sure. :)

If Billie wins an Oscar for this he will be a better actor than Leonardo DiCaprio

Napa Valley Film Festival Announces Narrative and Documentary Films in Competition

scheduled for November 12-16, 2014

Films in the Narrative competition section feature actors Billie Joe Armstrong..............

Like Sunday, Like Rain" - Reggie Kipper is a sweet, awkward cello prodigy, a composer and overall genius. He’s about to graduate from high school and enroll at MIT — and he’s is only twelve years old. Eleanor Fallon is a 23-year old struggling musician who meets Reggie when she is hired to be his au pair, and the unlikely duo embarks on a summer adventure that neither of them ever expected.
