I would really like the guys to add Static Age back to their setlist. That was the first song that got me hooked on Green Day, and I thought the live performances were awesome with Jason running out and having his little sax solo.

Rather than just list a bunch of songs I’d like to talk about what their next stage show might look like. They’ve been doing the short catwalk and basic stage in arenas for years. They had some video projection with 21CB but other than that it’s been fabric backdrops only. It’s very bare bones compared you what you see from other big arena acts of their stature these days.

I’ve been to shows that make really creative use of the arena space and are able to reach people in the back with circular mini stages opposite the main stage and sometimes in the back sections of seats. I’ve seen catwalks that extend all the way across the floor and connect to semicircular ones that split the pit into sections. In addition to more creative use of video backdrops and videoscreens (it would be cool to see short filmed pieces that are montages of shows over the years for example), I’d love it if they would make better and more interesting use of the space this way. It really adds to the experience and Billie can make use of it to connect with the entire audience and mix up the feel of the show. In some ways, this could be more important than the setlist. I wonder if Crush has had any thoughts along these lines or made any suggestions about the shows? If this is in fact their last big release for Warners it could be their last chance to do a big arena spectacle.

I kind of like that they keep it simple and rely on themselves rather than on this whole arena show circus, but screens would be neat for people in the back. It's not really something you'd notice when you're moshing in the pit, but goes a long way in the nosebleed seats.

I guess they keep the catwalk relatively short so Billie doesn't die from running back and forth all the time. He'd have to change that routine if they got a huge stage, but I think it would work out amazingly. If this is to be the last big production they're doing it would be cool if they really went all out with it.

At the same time, I love the relatively stripped down show they do. It's almost like a normal punk show only in a big venue if you don't count the gimmicks like hey hos and kfad and the little bit of pyro.

Green Day is my favorite band. I think my favorite album is their first one, 1039/Smoothed out Slappy Hours. I like how raw and full of energy it is, even though it may not be the best musically.
Kerplunk and Nimrod are both badass, too.

Was going to make a Hella Mega Tour set list with only #1 songs by each band.   Fall Out Boy's set is only one song (ouch!)  but we've got security on standby just in case any of them started smashing guitars or going nuts.

Wow, actually that standard is kind of brutal to Weezer as well.  It would cut them down to four songs.

Green Day would have the only decent set with 12 songs.    But that doesn't sound very Hella Mega.   I'll formulate a set list with all #1 or #2 songs......and maybe even #3 for poor old Fall Out Boy.  Geesh.

I wonder if the Hella Mega playlist that Green Day made on Spotify is a good indication of what they plan to include in the setlist. That list includes:

Father Of All...

Basket Case

American Idiot

Boulevard of Broken Dreams

Welcome to Paradise

When I Come Around

She

Brain Stew

Holiday

Longview

Warning

Revolution Radio

2000 Light Years Away

Still Breathing

Nice Guys Finish Last

Back in the USA

I’m surprised they didn’t put Bang Bang on this playlist. I’m glad to see Brain Stew,  Warning, Nice Guys Finish Last and Back in the USA. I would like to hear all of those.

For the Hella Mega Tour, all three bands will be playing each others sets instead of their own!  Well, probably not but it's an idea.

Fall Out Boy will sing Green Day.

Weezer will sing Fall Out Boy, cause that's what they are now, haha.

Then Green Day will rip through all the Weezer classics.

That Dookie show has me all pumped up!

Dear Green Day humans:

Please play the entirety of Kerplunk.   "No One Knows" needs some time on the stage if you can't do the whole album.

"Panic Song" and "Westbound Sign", while not some of my favorites have never been played live either?   Is because of some tempo or guitar set up or do you guys just not like these tunes anymore?   Probably time restraint, but screw those darn minutes.   Play 3 more minutes after the timer has gone off.    Go to jail for your art, man.   Revolution!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nimrod and Warning have both been completed live scattered through the years, but feel free to play both these as many times as possible.  I'd stay for 3 performances of both back to back.

POPROCK AND COKE got a video, why can't it get a concert appearance?   electric version would be fun, but so would an addition to the acoustic encore.   DO IT NOW.

The intro to Breakdown is the best intro ever.  Don't relegate it to a taped introduction live.   PLAY THE DARN THING.  Intro's are lame, but NOT THIS ONE.   DO IT TOMORROW.

You've played all of Uno, but come one.   Other than 3-4 songs, they were all only played a couple of times.   Whip your Uno card out and play the whole thing.

I don't even need to tell you how bad "See you Tonight", "Baby Eyes" and "Nightlife" need to be played.  Play them yesterday, today and in the future.

Play "THE FORGOTTEN" just to piss off the GDA community, everybody hates it except for twelve people.

and How could you leave out all those Revolution Radio songs that didn't get played at all?   Whole album show, please.

And tonight in my backyard, please play Father of All...    all ten tracks tonight now please.

THANKS.

oh and Shenanigans in full.

I just need you guys to play every song you've ever done.

All of Warning(except maybe Misery because that might be difficult to play live because of all the different instruments).

Shame - Misery is one of the best songs written🤨

12.  Outlaws

At this point Billie tells people to go ahead and go home, because they're not playing any of that "good riddance s**t".

and then after some people have left, he says this next song is only for the assholes that stayed.   He winks and begins playing

13.  Good Riddance.

He stops, tells the venue to make an annoucement for the assholes that left to come back and join in.

Once everybody is back, they play Good Riddance in full.

14.  Good Riddance
