A pretty awesome pop-punk/alt rock band regardless of your religious beliefs.

This is pretty cringe worthy, regardless of my religious beliefs.

They're actually pretty good (I aready knew of them) but since they're Christian and all they kind of lose that rebelious edge most punk, pop-punk etc. bands have :ermm:

I love them thank you very much.

And they just had a new album come out but I haven't heard it yet.

Also that first song is from their first album I think. Their albums have gotten better since then. But the singer quit and this new album is the first with out him so I don't know what to expect.

And you say that they aren't rebellious. Well from what I see today there aren't a lot of young Christians (that is if it wasn't shoved down their throats) . So personally I think it is rebellious. It just depends on your perspective. I used to listen to a lot of Christian bands and a lot of them had music that I would have never guessed was Christian. This includes hardcore Christian bands. Why does all Christian music have to be worship music?

I don't mind bands or musicians who have religious views, but when you start preaching them through music you're no better than the priest at mass that I haven't attended in years.

There are a good handful of songs that don't include religion. Which is good for those who don't care for it. Listen to the song We're Alright.

I now have two completely different opinions on the rebellion thing!

If you don't like their religious views then don't listen to them. A band with political songs is no better than a politician.
