I'm also pretty sure that the cover of knowledge is in standard. 39/Smooth and the extra song (I Want to Be Alone) are in standard. On Kerplunk, they tried to tune in standard by ear and which proves that they suck at tuning by ear. Only one song on Warning (Misery) and two songs on 21t Century Breakdown (21st Century Breakdown, Before the Lobotomy) are in Eb and one song on 21cb (Restless Heart Syndrome) is in D tuning. The EP that sounds most offtuned is Sweet Chilldren which sounds a tiny bit lower than Kerplunk. On Warning, Misery and Castaway are in Eb tuning while Jackass is in an in-between tuning.
