It seems a Stevie Wonder thread doesn't exist in this forum, which I find a tad bit depressing, so I'm making one now

Any other Stevie fans here?

I don't know much about him, but I love his music from what I've heard!

Stevie's an interesting guy. You have the 60's stuff, which is his more early stuff, the 70's stuff, which is considered his classic period (Innervisions and Songs in the Key of Life are considered two of the greatest albums ever recorded), and the 80's stuff, which is his more commerical period (i.e I Just Called To Say I Love You)

All of them are good. I'm biased towards the 70's stuff though

I always loved this one

Nice to see some response around for Stevie. What are your favourite songs/albums of his?

I wouldn't call myself a massive fan, in that I don't know all the songs and albums, but I certainly appreciate his contribution to music and society!

About 4 years ago I found a new, unopened copy of Songs In The Key of Life on the bus and it was my favourite album for the whole year after that. Listened to it all the time!

Stevie has been a big part of my life, since I was a little kid. My mom loves him so I kind of grew up with him. An extraordinary musician, brilliant songwriter and one of the best singers out there. Innervisions is a classic, and I suggest all of you to check out The Secret Life Of Plants, which is a concept album, a soundtrack for a documentary of the same title.<br />I wonder if he'll release any more music, A Time To Love was released back in 2005.

I haven't heard any of his recent stuff, I'll be sure to take up that recommendation at some point though

Stevie is great. My dad used to play isn't she lovely for me when I was little. It was kind of sweet. Ebony and Ivory's a great collaboration too.

How does this thread not have more replies? Stevie is an absolute genius. Listening to some of his stuff now for the first time in ages, and I really don't know why it's been so long. Absolute legend.

Also, there's some guy who sounds exactly like him:
