I've watched that Reading performance back and I'm a 110% convinced there's some sort of a fuck up with the live recording done by BBC. I was right down at the front for it live and for a fact it sounded much better than it came across on TV. That's not me just getting caught up in the moment either they sounded the best I've heard them in years.

I've watched that Reading performance back and I'm a 110% convinced there's some sort of a fuck up with the live recording done by BBC. I was right down at the front for it live and for a fact it sounded much better than it came across on TV. That's not me just getting caught up in the moment either they sounded the best I've heard them in years.

I wasn't actually there, since I kinda live across the ocean, but the audio mixing in the recording was pretty bad. It was kinda difficult to understand what they were saying unless they were talking between songs.

A lot of BBC stuff sounds a bit dodgy from festivals for some reason. I don't think some of their mixers are the best.
