I was going through the forums when I noticed there wasn't a thread for Two Door Cinema Club D:
They are my fourth favorite band. They're Irish and they are sort of an alternative/pop rock/indie/whatever you want to call it band.

The band consists of Alex Trimble: Lead vocals and rhythm guitar
Sam Halliday: Backing vocals and lead guitar
Kevin Baird: Bass
They are pretty good in my opinion- they have a unique sound.

You can listen to thier song 'This is the Life' from their album 'Tourist History' here:

I love this band. Their whole album is fantastic. I would love to see them live one day because they are just brilliant.

I know! I thought about going to see them in May for my birthday. There isn't a song on Tourist History that I don't like. That's a big deal for me because there's always one or a few songs on an album that I just don't like.

Ohh! You should totally do so if you get the chance. :)
Same here! It is a pretty big deal to like every song on an album.

I really like them because their songs sound like summer. I've never really got into them too much, just enjoyed it when they're on the radio, but I downloaded some of their songs yesterday cause I really want to hear more of them as I'm going to make sure I see them at Leeeeeeeds Fest.

Sometimes when I hear their songs and I'm in the car, I pretend I'm on the golden gate bridge in a convertible with the top down. And my hair is blowing in the wind.

XD XD is that cheesy enough? yep- seems about right.

:D I figured this thread had become dead.

I really want a TDCC tshirt, but I've looked and looked and can't find one. Either they are always out of stock, or they aren't in my size.

I also love "Something Good Can Work." I think it's my favourite from that album. But they have so many good songs from Tourist History, it's hard to decide!

Wow! It's been a while since someone posted in here, but there's a few things that have happened with TDCC since then.

1. Their single 'Sleep Alone' is out now, from their album Beacon which comes out in September I think? I really like Sleep Alone.
2. Alex Trimble supposedly played at the 2012 London Opening Ceremonies, except I didn't see it. :(

They're enjoyable.

I really like them because their songs sound like summer. .

Really? I'd say the opposite. Like Cigarettes in the Theatre, that's a winter song to me
