Me too. Like if I'm eating Froot Loops, I'll have one loop per spoonful of milk. That way I won't have to drink/waste as much. :happy:

I'm not even a vegetarian anymore but one habit I kept from those days is non-dairy milk. Almond milk is my preference, rice milk is alright. I've never liked the texture or taste of dairy milk. Not that I don't like dairy products in general, though I gave up half and half as of October and only drink my coffee black now, but that's for keeping off weight gain.

Some people might think this is weird, but I never liked drinking milk of any kind - I saw it as more as an ingredient than a drink in itself, and drinking milk as a beverage to be like eating flour.

I know you've mentioned your vegetarian days before, and your philosophy is similar to mine. If I'm not going to eat meat, I might as well go the whole way and avoid other animal products too. There's no reason for doing it half-assed. Even before I went vegan, I only had milk and eggs in baked goods.
