Couscous is such a great snack! Easy to make in small portions and even if it's mostly carb, it's still loads better than chips or something like that when you crave something savoury  Cheaper and stays good for longer than crackers.

It's a pretty decent protein source too :)

Made cauliflower soup with an the cauliflower I had left over. Nowhere near as good as my mom's, but still happy for a first attempt and given the fact that I didn't have most of the spices she uses! But I did have to use a fair amount of curry powder to give it some sort of flavour, so now it's kinda sickly green/yellow in colour

Recently I discovered I have some really bad stomach problems, and can only eat certain things....

SO...I'm going to go cook up a wicked breakfast of tofu sausages and eggs!

Mix up 1 cup steel cut oats, 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter and half cup raisins. Maybe some protein powder if ya got. Healthy, filling, fantastic,

Take a step into wood's world, bitch.

Tacos are great. I usually have them with either fajitas or enchiladas. I did have supermarket-bought chimichangas with them last week, but they just tasted like Mexican-style spring rolls. (The Deadpool film test footage was released the following day though, so the chimichangas must've been good enough for him).
