Woke up this morning with a seriously pulled neck and left shoulder muscle. Like so bad I couldn't move my neck or get out of bed by myself, my mom had to help pull me upright.
Took some pain pills and put and heating pad on it, and thank fucking goodness it got better. I think I must have over did it yesterday with the Wii Fit's strength training stuff.
I managed to do some light cardio at the end of the day though, just as long as I didn't twist my neck around or move my arms too much. Yay commitment.
