Finally got the Sims 4 installed! I laughed out loud in some parts of it, emotions make them act so funny (little things like slamming the fridge door when they're tense).

Still only played for about 5 hours though. Haven't done much (and it's the base game so there isn't much to do anyway) but I think I like it better than the Sims 3 in general. It loads much faster and there's almost no saving time at all (!!!) It's great. I just wish that every clothing item wasn't already available, that we would have to go shopping in clothing stores and stuff, like we did in the Sims 2. Don't know why they decided to not go back to that, as it is much more fun (and realistic) that way.

They said there's going to be a patch for swimming pools. I wonder when that's coming out.

It's a game update that comes in September. It's gonna be free like the ghosts. And then there are gonna be new careers in December. Again, free game update.

^ AW Sims sitting by the pool! That's great.

Did they say anything about the toddlers? I'm really missing them...

So I'm playing Sims 4 more and I like it. It's not great, but it is fun and I actually like the emotions (though it makes your sims into drama queens sometimes). I also like that your sims are smarter when it comes to free will. If they really have to go to the bathroom, they'll take care of it themselves. There are still lots of things I miss like so many of the town places and the freaking repair service. I hate that my only options are repair and replace.
