Back when Bono had that rooster hair cut. If this is supposed to be the best of all time, there are some serious omissions there.Thats exactly when I was in to U2. After the Joshua Tree, bleh. As for the list, U2 wins every "top" list so its not shocking. If there was any way for them to be awarded a Grammy the years they don't put out albums, it would happen. As for Green Day, yay!
