Unless you mean at the end when Anthony Kiedis is wearing black shorts, shirt and a red and back tie. I didn't connect that to Green Day if that is what you mean. Nobody else in the band had on black and red during that part so I don't think they are mocking Green Day. I think the last scenes are them just wearing their regular clothes.
