Good band. Never heard anyone say a bad word against them. I love Like The Angel.

One of their ex-members now plays in a band called Break The Silence. I met him once (while playing with BTS). He actually came up to me and shook my hand (and dedicated a song to me) because he liked my Anthrax t-shirt.

I like how they keep that hardcore punk style but still write really hooky songs.

I recently discovered them and have found a love for a couple of their songs..... Some really good stuff and one is so good that im actually doing it as a cover for my band :eyebrows:

tim's lyrical ability is beyond excellent.
and the bassist, joe, is too good for words.

i love them. soo much.

they were amazinggg at taste of chaos last november.
and i fucking met them!

Has anyone gotten their new CD by chance?

I was going to buy it, so I previewed it on Media Player, but a lot of the songs seemed to be redundant sounding.

If anyone got it, how is it?

I have the new cd. I only have one of their other cds, but this didn't draw me in immediately like Siren Song did. I 've only listened to The Sufferer and the Witness completely through once, and as of right now only two songs stick out in my mind as being above average, better than the rest on the cd. I think Siren Song of the Counter Culture was stronger overall, and this album will take a while to grow on me. But some of the songs did sound kind of redundant.

the new cd is wayy better than siren song. its like $7.99 at best buy or something crazy like that, its worth it.

I really like them, though I've only heard few songs.

I just saw a small interview of them last night on tv, cause they were on Warped. It was interesting.

Ever since I've heard the new album, my favorite Rise Against song has been changed to Chamber the Cartridge. I love them. I'm seeing them on a Warped Tour show.
BTW, The Sufferer & The Witness is such an awesome title.
