Do you remember the shit storm when the book was announced? A “feminist handbook” the publisher said? Total mischaracterization but it got reposted by high profile accounts and people freaked out. I’m not saying I know that’s the reason but it’s possible they decided not to take the chance of bad press during an album and tour cycle they could be banking a lot of hopes on. You don’t delay a multi million dollar earning album and tour cycle to line up with a book release. You have it backwards.
