It's not against the rules to not delete long posts in quotes (at least to my knowledge), it has just been a common practice around here because it does get a bit cumbersome to scroll through really long monologues, especially on mobile. It does annoy me but I'm sure other people don't care. It's no big deal! I wasn't targeting you or implying you or anyone else did anything wrong, just honestly reminding people that it's a possibility if they want to do it. But I don't think bare-bones stripped down Green Day is what I want. It would be nice for a few songs, but not an entire bare-bones album. Never really got the hate some people have for it. Felt it had the right amount of experimentation on a Green Day record without going too overboard. Especially loved the larger role of the piano! And he told them they should record 'Restless Heart Syndrome' & 'Horseshoes & Handgrenades' which are definitely in the top 5 songs of the album for me. He knows what he's doing.
