Would be funny if the mistake happened both ways, so there is someone who bought a Madonna CD and it started playing Burnout from Dookie!

Last two items I got - Tune in Tokyo and Insomniac on vinyl

I really hope they do another tour this year. In recent years they haven't given much notice before a tour starts (with exception of festivals) and there is plenty of 2014 left.

It's good, I like it. I'm a big Beatles fan although Please Please Me is not one of my favourites.

Saw these t-shirts in HMV at the weekend - would have bought them if it weren't for the massive xmas shopping induced queue so I'll get them soon.

This album sounds so good - nice and relaxing.

I agree the videos are lacking. I guess it is a cliché but mixing clips of Billie Joe and Norah playing would increase my viewing interest. Could be that they have decided to focus on the music and what it means to them than show case themselves.

I'm really looking forward to this album and I've pre-ordered. I'm a huge fan of Billie's voice and whilst I haven't listened to Norah Jones much I appreciate that she has a good voice, and the promo song sounds good. A huge change from Green Day of course but I'm pleased for Billie that he can get to experiment with different styles of music.

I think that's really good. The beginning not so much, in part it started to sound like Wind Beneath My Wings, but the rest of it was pretty nice.

  15. San Miguel added a post in a topic ¡Trilogy! era has come to an end

I'm not sure the trilogy era is over. I think they came up with the 99 revs tour setlist as a way of slowly introducing the new (and mostly un-promoted) songs whilst maintaining the big hits that casual fans expect to hear when they go and see them.

Now I hope they get a decent rest, plan their attack for promoting the trilogy a little bit more (maybe some singles or a live album) and crack on with the next tour in late 2013, or starting is Aus in 2014.

I have some really great memories of the trilogy era already. Some of the songs are amazing and the live shows I've seen have all been great.
