  2. Especially his smile because of the joy while he is performing and hears people’s singing, precious 🖤

  11. Oh god why he couldn’t just say “check out” like a normal Instagram user or person, I love how he always manage to sound weird though lol

  12. Now would be a perfect time to finally give us Dreamcatcher, Minnesota Girl, Oh Girl, and Olivia.

  13. The first gif makes it look like he's being exorcised. Or possessed.

  14. It is also wild how scarily similar he sounds to Billie during 39 Smooth/Kerplunk eras. I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

  15. FINGER MY STORIES!!!!!!! 😂😂😂😂 Billie is a ridiculously funny and clever weirdo. Also something that made me laugh more than it should and still laugh at “I don’t wanna be a Romeo.” Puuuuhhhhlllleeeeeese! P.S. and once again let’s hear it for FINGER MY STORIES!!!!!! Bahahhahaa!!!!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣

  16. TTMAC or MMOTR would be great and Graffitia studio version with the full band but looks like we have to wait for that maybe more than a few months At least there are those covers to save us from complete desperate mood for a while

  17. I think it would be nice if Billie gave us a performance of Give Me Novacaine at some point. It's not only pertinent, but I really love the song and it sounds great on acoustic. It wouldn't be a No Fun Mondays song because it's not a cover, but maybe he'll play more GD songs like he did with Graffitia.

  18. I was debating between exorcism, orgasm, or seizure. And then there's the beautiful smile.

  19. So... I disliked Junkies on a High until today, I've been listening to it for an hour while staring at a wall and contemplating the unfortunate state of the world...and now I think the song is brilliant. It's so depressing and pretty darn catchy. I didn't realize how similar the tune is to BOBD until just now. What a parallel.

  22. I recommend the film Room 37 - The Mysterious Death of Johnny Thunders if you have access to Amazon Prime Video. Prima Donna have an appearance in it and they perform two songs including Born to Lose and YCPYAAAM plays over the closing credits. Crazy story too.

  27. Anyone else think it could be Joey or Jakob on drums? Also, I expect "Kiss me Deadly" at some point :) Don't you think it would be fun if Mike posted his cover next week, and Tre posted his the following? Remeburr they did something similar by collaborating with U2 during hurricane Katrina? Always on point!

  29. I don't pay attention to what houses Billie owns or where. It's not any of my business and I also don't care. Some people go a little too far imo.

  30. Oh crap. You just reminded me that when Billie says he’s gonna start a new regular thing (trilogy remixes, Otis TV, campfire stories) he never follows through after the first week. Let’s hope this quarantine is making him bored enough to actually keep his promise for once 🥺

  31. Maybe now Joey Armstrong is Green Day’s record company exec.

  33. It’s a Netflix documentary called Tiger King. The person in the photo is a guy called Joe Exotic who owned the largest private zoo in America at one point but that’s not even the story. It’s really bizarre and interesting. Kevin has been obsessed with it and during the 1234Go! records DJ livestream the other night kept making comments about it until Billie finally said he was officially changing his name to Billie Joe Exotic 😂 So after that I guess someone made this photoshop.

  37. I think I know what you mean. As someone with no artistic talent at all, I am floored by the simplicity of some of Billie’s lyrics in that they speak so clearly to so many people but also the complexity of them as they can be so open to interpretation and how he can get so much across in such a short space of time. If I was writing lyrics I don’t think they would make it much past “ooh baby” so when he writes a whole album where songs reference each other and themes are carried throughout I just can’t imagine how he does it. I put a lot of it down to natural talent but also practice plays a part but he does seem really prolific, I think he is always writing songs in his head at least, even if it’s subconsciously. His/their success is a mix (in no particular order) if good luck, hard work, determination and perseverance which I suppose are always the routes to success. Don’t even get me started that he plays so many instruments, though I know natural musicians tend to be able to play a number of things.
