  1. An elderly man next to me on the train was listening to Christian's Inferno and I was like Edit: now I've spotted an American Idiot badge and this is cool since no one I speak to in England even knows who they are these days

  2. Nevermind nose hairs and fillings, I'm amazed at how green his eye looks in that first pic. So bright and beautiful.

  3. His eyes look very dilated to me in that picture. Must have been dark. I can only see the green if I look really hard. 🤷‍♀️ Check out these eyes! The lighting in this photo is just perfect all around. He looks so beautiful and ethereal. ❤️

  4. That’s rude of you to want a different setlist each night that’s not reasonable I mean who do you think they are? Pearl Jam? As if!

  5. Corny overkill that takes up too much time. In a similar way, too many songs have been extended live in a show. Used to just be Paper Lanterns. Then it was King for a Day. But now in any given setlist you have someone being pulled onstage for Know Your Enemy, Longview and Knowledge, water cannons and T-shirts during 2000 Light Years Away, extended tomfoolery and rant during KFAD, extended band intros during Minority, and that’s not to mention all the hey-oh’s throughout nearly every song, a long guitar solo in AI and a typical 9 minute Jesus of Suburbia. So much of the show is dragged out now they should scale it back and they could easily fit 4-5 more songs in the same span of time.

  6. Billie is perfect in every way. I love everything about him, but his eyes are still my favorite part of his body. I am not a tattoo person, but Billlie's tattoos look great on him. I can't think of Billie without them anymore. It's a part of him, they show who he is. I love the Punx tattoos on his hand and his bellie. I'm so happy to have been able to see the one on his bellie last year at the Longshot concert. He raised his guitar and his shirt moved just enough so I was able to see the tattoo. Good and precious souvenir.

  13. I need to watch that again lol When I first watched Broadway Idiot I was like 12 and just getting on to Green Day. I don't remember much from the movie except that I kept thinking about how HOT Billie is 😂

  16. I love how Fink had to wear gloves to cover the ink on his hands 😄 That’s a lot of tattoos to cover if you’re going incognito.

  17. Yeah, I imagine standing up and saying "my name is X and I'm an alcoholic" can feel awkward and embarrassing and that's what I get from that line. Then as the song ends he's overcome that to accept "how did a life on the wild side ever get so full?" and "I ain't gonna stand in line no more." It's like a journey of self-discovery. I get how at first glance it seems awful but thinking about the deeper meaning, I can see why Billie called it one of the most personal lines he's ever written.

  18. I was waiting to see how long it took for someone to point out the nose hair, took longer than I thought it would.

  19. How could we fangirl about the fillings when we have such a great view of the nose hairs. @The Insider

  24. I just noticed that in the bio section for GD on Spotify (where it usually has these long narratives about the band) all it says is “God’s favorite band 🙏” 😂 That about sums it up.

  28. A pressure cooker just describes a high stress environment and “pick my brain and tell me I’m insane” is him asking himself if he’s stressed out or going crazy, kind of a similar idea to Basket Case.
