Misc Art - Legend of Korra - Makorra fun!

Just finished watching Avatar the Last Airbender and Legend of Korra again.

This is Korra and Mako, for those of you not familiar with the show.

I don't care what anyone says, I like Mako. His little bit of douche is part of his charm... It also makes him more real. I mean, Korra isn't a saint either... People fuck shit up, usually not on purpose, but they do. What I love about the Avatar universe. The characters have more depth than most other cartoons.

Anyway, I fully support this canon ship. (I'm totally Irosami, too... I think they're better together anyway because their demeanor and poise work better).

CAN'T wait for season 2!

Ooh, I love Avatar! I still have to watch the finale of Korra, but I don't want it to be over and have to wait for months for the next season.

I love the drawing though. Super duper cute. ^^

I absolutely like Mako too, he is by far more interesting than Bolin who is kind of just a less amusing version of Sokka. Also I almost wonder if there could be a Korra/Iroh thing if General Iroh remains on the scene and wasn't just a one time character. I think I want this because I was a Zuko/Katara shipper and sorely disappointed.

Mako is so much more than his screw ups. He was the responsible one, taking care of himself AND his brother... Clearly Bolin isn't really capable of it. I think he's adorable, but he acts more like he's 12 or 13. And I agree, he seems like they tried to make him into Sokka's replacement.

OH! They'd better not get rid of Iroh!!!! I know that Bumi is in the next season, so they're going to have more of the fleet in the picture.

I love the idea of Iroh and Asami together because they carry themselves a bit more regally than the others. And I feel sorry for Asami... she deserves a hot b/f.

I was SO into Zutara while Avatar was going. I thought Kataang and Maiko were really... flat... So I think they're over compensating for it in Legend of Korra...

*snickers at myself* I'm making it sound like they're real people...
