A new song I made while riding on the bus on my way home.
This is about the current economic crisis in Europe (though it's on the way up now, hopefully a sustainable development).

It's easy to see where all the problems lie
A wage level that is way too high
And you want to make the wage level higher
Your country's demise, is that what you desire?
Now what are your saving solutions then?
To borrow more money again and again?
Yeah, that'll make everything alright and well.
History books will show who's to blame
when your country fell

As the budget deficit continues to cry
The easy solution would be to cut down your pay
Your reaction will be though "what the hell do you say?"
The bigger picture is not that hard to see
But idiots make it that much harder
