I hate these types of things, it's not the first time i've seen it. They're just exploiting him. I saw this one family on TV who made their eight year old son preach, walk the streets with his dad holding up signs (I can't remember what the signs said exactly, I know one was homophobic), this poor kid was preaching things he had absolutely no idea about. And another family who had their son do what the kid in the video is doing and then living off his earnings. It's all wrong.

You would have to ask the child how he honestly feels about what he does. Seems like an intelligent person, so i dont think its fair on him or the parents to negativly judge them before looking at the background to it all.
Of course there are parents who indoctrinate there children and that is wrong, however through what these parents have done they have created an intelligent and confident child, two personality traits which many non-religious parents would aspire for there children to posess.
I was brought up in a religious background and told many things i no longer believe, sure maybe on a scientific basis that is frowned upon, however my overall happiness and wellbeing was in no way affected.

this is so fucked up. i wish there was a way to make parents hold off on the religious crap until their children are old enough to decide for themselves whether to believe. this kid's obviously been brainwashed and indoctrinated from probably the day he could understand things (which looks to have been about 2 years before the video was made ) so he had absolutely no choice in the matter. And like Lorraine said, his family is probably living off his earnings. Sick, messed up shit.
Not to mention the fact that he's completely wrong

It's just totally wrong. If the kid wanted to do it,it wouldn't be as bad.But the fact his parents are making him do it and he doesn't understand what he's talking about is just totally disturbing. He's just a kid, shouldn't he be outside playing with his friends instead of preaching stuff he has no idea of?Please tell me he doesn't know what fallicious means(even I don't know that)he's way to young to be doing all that.He should be enjoying his childhood. And he needs to listen in science,he might learn thing or two about us being related to apes.

Intelligence has nothing to do with this poor kid. Plenty of children have great minds who are controlled by selfish parents.
And you seem like an intelligent guy, but it seems to me all of your comments so far have been based on total acceptance of all things and absolute relativism. Don't you have opinions beyond relativism?

Your first point i fully agree with. I think its a good point.
As far as me personally my opinions will vary on various topics which concern morality, relativism is something which i adopt to a great degree. I dont believe there is one true morality, i believe that we must take into consideration context when judging and action, or person.
Also to a much lesser degree i would hold that motivation can also affect my judgement of an action or person.
Thank you, and i hope that answers some or all of your question.

If you give it a little more though you may see how wrong you are. Im sorry but thats a very hars statement which you have no ground to make, it appears to be based upon false stereotypes and poor understanding.
Hate to seem so harsh but your point was very unfair. Millions of children hold beliefs similar to that childs (which you believe to be a posetive or negative thing) however that child has the confidence, charisma and intelligence to communicate them. Of course it seems far from the actions of a 'typical' child, however whether the beliefs themselves are posetive or negative to him as a person or whether they have an effect or not upon his life cant be fully understood on that clip alone.

The child has clearly been molded to be a carbon copy of its parents. He has also been made into a mini-adult, which he is not. That's the type of thing that makes children grow up and have mental issues. Also, stop trying to sound like a professor when you can't even spell "positive".

Sound like a professor? im sorry i was trying to make a fair understandable point. Im also sorry for my spelling mistake.
However if we are seeing 'who can be the professor' is it me, looking at all the angles and not passing judgement without looking at other posibilities. Or you, passing strong judgements and making assumptions based on nothing but a few minutes speech.
You had a good point, one which is very probable, its a shame you lowered my opinion of you, by insulting me (or trying to) for doing nothing other than open your eyes to other ways of thinking. Had you had more of professors stance you would have embraced other possibilities and not just become offensive.
