http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26351328/?GT1=430012 saintlike men who corrected grammatical errors on National Park signs were sentenced to a year's probation and ordered to pay over $3000 to "fix" the signs they corrected. Hopefully the government will at least buy new signs with the proper grammar.

They are heroic. If I would have had the tools (sharpie and white-out) to fix half of the grammatically incorrect signs I've seen, I would have done it, right there on the spot. Even if I don't make it my mission to run around and look for signs in need of correction, nonetheless, I still care. It's degrading.

Does that mean they're going to change it back so it's wrong again? Jesus Christ.

why don't we just save all the time and money by not fixing the signs that were already "fixed"?
