Welcome to the inaugural GDC EPL Predictions Competition, with no prizes but the glory of winning.

It's open to any member at any time and a running table of the scores will be kept in a pinned thread in the Sports forum, here .

Early each week I will post a list of the following weekends EPL fixtures and you will be able to predict the scores for all the games.

Scoring:

Lay out your prediction like so -

Arsenal 2 v 1 Wigan
Man Utd 3 v 2 Chelsea
Middlesbrough 4 v 1 Liverpool
West Brom 1 v 1 Fulham
etc

1 point for correct result. e.g. if you say 'Arsenal 2 v 1 Wigan' and Arsenal win 2-0 you will get one point.

3 points if you get the correct score as well. e.g. if you say 'Arsenal 2 v 1 Wigan' and Arsenal win 2-1 you will get three points.

Rule:

Predictions for the whole weekend must be posted by midday UK Time (13:00 Europe, 7:00 New York, 22:00 Sydney) on the Saturday. Any posted after this time will be ignored.

Only Premier League games played at weekends (Sat-Mon) will be predicted on. I don't have time to do midweek games as well.

There are no games next weekend so talk about the current results or whatnot.

It automatically closes at 12pm BST on Saturday. I forgot to start the thread until Friday, though, I'm afraid.

We'll do it properly in a couple of weeks.
