Avira Anti-Virus: Decent Anti-Virus
7-Zip: Kinda like WinZip and WinRar combined
CCleaner: Delete those stupid temp files, cookies, history, and caches!
Audacity: Make your own remixes and edit music like a "pro" >.>
Inkscape: Replacement for Adobe Illustrator

I don't really use these as much but they are just as good at the hot shots. =]:
GIMP: Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro Replacement
Open Office: Microsoft Office Suite Replacement
