What Zelda games have you played and which are your favorites?

A Link to the past
Ocarina of Time
Majora's Mask
Wind Waker
Phantom Hourglass

My favourite is Ocarina of Time. That goes down as the best videogame of all time in my eyes. Majora's Mask however, sucked.

This is the series that got me into fantasy gaming. I love Hyrule. I love these games.

best. series. ever. got me completely hooked on quest games when i was 9 and i was playing ocarina of time in my cousins basement/cave.

crazy thing though, i haven't played too many of them. i just don't have the means to acquire many of them

i've played and own:
-link's awakening
-ocarina of time
-oracle of ages/season. but i lost ages somewhere, which sucks because that game was awesome.

and that's where the owning list ends. but i've played the completely ancient ones a couple times. and i have not even touched a gamecube or wii so i've never played windwaker or twilight princess and whatever else there is.

Love them all (second one for NES was the worste but still enjoyed it)

was just thinking how i love how Link say "come on" in the wind waker.... I trapped the little korik kid on a ledge and that way i was able to constantly repeat "come on" to the little retard..... was really funny too cause he would make all these squimish noises and looked so desperate to get off that ledge..... i loved it

and i can't find it anywhere so i may have to play the game to the point and record it myself..... but i'm sure most of you know what i am talking about

best video game series ever.

ive played 2 gameboy ones (oracle of seasons and ages), ocrina of time, windwaker, twilight princess, and phantom hourglass. and i dont like being timed and having all the rupees i worked freaking hard for disappearing goddamit!!! so yeah, i dont like/didnt finish or beat even the first boss in majoras mask.

i like windwaker alot and of course ocarina of time. phantom hourglass was alright.

Well, I got to the castle thingy by the graveyard, and i dont understand that clue that old hag gave about talking to the old man in the graveyard, cos there is no old man there O_O

does anyone have any cheats to help me like, fly through it or anything?XD

If he's the same fella I'm thinking of, then you need to see him to get the phantom hourglass....in order to see him, you have to go into the castle thingy. Although, I'm 100% that that is not what they call it in the game.

oh, well i guess not my idea then, i want to play the phantom hour glass now, as well as the minish cap.... the only two i havent played yet

do you have the braclet though, cause i think you need that... he should be in the upper right grave yard... i believe second from the top row second or 3rd to the left... if not just keep touching stones and it will be the one that a ghost doesnt come out of


also how many hearts do you have???? cant get the magic sword unless you have a full complete row and 3 or 4 into the next row

oh shit, .. I dont think i have the bracelet If its blue, i might just have it, or else that could be a blue ring O_O

Where do i find the bracelet XD im losing my patience with the game, and theres no frikkin cheats anywhere for it.

if you are still in the grave yard try the grave stones i marked and see is any ghosts come out of them.... he will be in the one where ghosts dont come out... pretty sure it is the one on the right.... and i couldnt narrow down which guy the braclet would be under but check the top rows of that area where i circled.... I can also lable where a lot of hearts are as well


what level did you last beat? you may want to get the white sowrd first... just need one more heart for that i'll make a new map for you labeling hearts and secrets to everyone .... dont give up, its a great game

I don't even remember that game too well.

I got to the point of being able to interchange between past and present though.

ok, green i marked as the money areas... black and red are hearts, depending on what surface i had to color on... may have to drop several bombs or burn several bushes cause i couldnt pinpoint them in the map but i assure you they are in those areas

i forgot where a lot of them are as well though

whoa mark, cheers for that overworld thing. And, those graves that you marked, theres one of each that no ghost come out of, but theyre not moving. Do i have to kill those ghosts ? XD But my sword has no effect on them. And thatd be fantastic if you could label where the hearts are.

And, the last level i beat i think was the "castle" place where the old man in the room says "Did you get the sword from the man on the mountain" And i got that sword ages ago.
Ooh, it could be the place over the really long bridge either, but i have the flute that takes you to the boss castle places.

"master using it and you can have it" means you need 12 hearts to be able to get it... and i found a way better map online.... shows you where your second sword will come from as well (at the top near that pool of water) and also where you can buy cheaper items and such as well

i believe the white sword only requires six or seven hears so i am sure there is a heart you can get on the way up to that sword, and that will help you beat a bunch of other levels until you can get the magic sword. Also if you have level problems feel free to ask me

And i do have a sorta question ... that weird dragon thing with the three heads, how can he be beaten, cos i die every time and i buy medicine and everything.

Well i know the white sword will definetly help kill him faster. Just keep stabbing at his heads that are attached to his body. the ones flying around dont matter to much, as long as you can avoid them long enough or out last them until you are able to kill the last head.

Is there one of those dragons in like every dungeon thing, cos i met into another one xD But on the plus side, i got the ladder and the raft in the last 15 minutes

Has anyone ever played the SNES Link to the Past Zelda? Its fucking fantastic, and my sister had to write away to nintendo (these were the olden days without emailing for everything ) like 4 times for level walkthroughs, but we managed to finish it in the end.
Man, I loved stabbing the chickens so much ..

i loved shooting the chickens with the magic wand and watching them burn stab them to much and they call their chicken buddies and kill you but kill them with the wand and that dont happen

I love Zelda.
and I love Link.
but Majora's Mask it's too hard for me!

i've never played majora's mask, and i would still love to get my paws on a copy of it. i'm terrible at timed games, though.

you do know that reversing the song of time makes time slow down so you can get everything you need to done right?

OOO that's another thing that's awesome about the games. the music. whether it was a tiny little ocarina tune or just the background stuff, i loved it all. especially the twinrova theme.

i think i'm starting to sound too geeky.
