I have one too. I only used it to play Guitar Hero and Wii Sports. ^_^

Wii is very innovative. However, without a better game catalogue, it's just a piece of plastic with potential.

i have guitar hero for it, i love how the noises come out of the remote.

i have wii sports, wii play, mario galaxy(so much fun), my brother has bioncles, pokemon battle revolution, and shrek. he likes guitar hero the most though.

i wanna get super smash brothers when it comes out same with madden 09

The sounnd is not as good as ps3 or 360 cause the sound is like mono.

yea still a dissadvantage, nintendo is working to fix that. when they do they are going to give out disks for free that will update the wii. they are making a gun thing based on a machine gun, that you slide the wii remote into and you can play guns games better.

when that comes out im going to buy the latest call of duty and that gun remote and play for hours

Once the range of games improve, XBOX 360 and PS3 will be blown out of the water. It's a superior console hands down.

Its come to the point where graphics and sound aren't the most important thing about gaming.

exactly, now that halo is over with 360 is barely winning cause they have call of duty and it looks better on 360 as soon as call of duty is done wii has got it and ps3 hasn't had a good game series in a while.

it's just a matter of time that the wii makes a new series like mario again and gets famous. it will be a realalistic game too, it won't be cartoon game like mario or jak and dexter.

I wouldnt say that. The wii will never be a good system for hardcore gamers. its mostly a part/ kid console. Plus the ps3 sales have skyrocketed since blu-ray one. The wii cant even play a dvd.

Mario will always have the cartoony graphics. Could you ever see Mario in any other light? Because I can't. Theres Super Smash Bros: Brawl and MKWii to look forward to. Looking good in my eyes.

Because fundamentally Hardcore gamers are tarts who only look for shooting/violent games. Crap. Wii/Nintendo are NOT just for kids. Some of their games are as challenging as any Halo's or GTA's you will find. Plus they're a million times more fun.

And I never understood the whole DVD thing. Thats what you have a DVD player for.



Aye, at the moment I don't have any of this generations consoles. I had a 360 but sold it. I'm currently unemployed so money is scarce at the mo.

Round here you can buy a cheap DVD player for around 15 pounds. It really isn't needed in a gaming console.

My favourite game is probably Wii Sports and Play.
Smooth Moves is pretty cool.

I like Mario Party 8, however it wasn't as good as I was hoping for it to be.

I highly doubt the Wii will destroy Playstation. It's gonna take alot more then a childish gimmick to do that.

Believe me I loved my snes, nes, n64 but I really got into the wii thing. There not much good games except zelda, Super Smash Bros, and super mario galaxy. Its just not worth $250 to me. Plus I still cant find a wii around where I live.
