Most depressing song,
so far 
I dunno there's so many, first song ever would be BOBD. Now it's probably Boot stamping on a human face forever by Bad Religion or MCR's Sleep.

MCR's "Sleep" is depressing is cuz it's so bad. nah really, I don't like MCR but there are better songs on the record than that and that's not even depressing.
there's one song I know by the lead singer of Millencolin who went to do a bit of solo-careering. it's about how his brother with a serious mental disability just got up one day and left and the family still can't find him. I think it's just the concept of the song that makes it just reallyreally depressing.

mcr is just sad. they can't play nor sing worth while! oh yeah, and they're song's are depressing but it goes along with the poor music.

epilogue - halo 2 soundtrack vol.2
i don't know why, but it's sad sounding. it's all instrumental, but the way it's paced gives it an epilogue feel, and epilogues are the end of things. so it sounds tired, restful and gives a feel like something is lost.

But I guess "I'm Da Man" by E-40 featuring Mike Jones and Al Kapone is pretty depressing.
