I've been looking everywhere, and for some reason, i can't seem to find the dates for other countries apart from england again (i think this computers set to just dates in england or w/e). You'll just have to look around i think and the one im going to isn't till september. Ill keep googling and searching around for a decent site

I saw them at Fiend Fest last year and they sucked. So yeah, I'm not going to go unless some day they do a highly unlikely reunion with most of the original members or something (which would be AWESOME).

the show was amazing! of course the music part could be better with glenn danzig singing, but it was still amazing. and jerry only is so nice!

it was actually quite good. and it it a chance for us who didn't live during the 70's and the beginning of the 80's to see them live. I enjoyed it, and i'm a huge Glen Danzig fan.
And two misfits members are still in the band

Ahhh, I couldn't see the drummer at all. haha. I just assumed he was somewhere behind that drumset.

aaaaaaand, how was it?

I went to the Cardiff gig, with some friends and on the way to wales we stopped in a motorway services, we came out and Jerry Only, Robo and Dez came up to us, and were like "Weyy punks"
We almost died but they were absolutely lovely, they said we could follow them to the venue, which we were about to do when my friend, Dannehs car broke down. Jerry got into the car and jumpstarted it for us.

We then spent the day with them, got free bass strings and picks and merch, and then they dedicated a song to us "for the kids in the broken car"

So fucking amazing.

Pretty awesome. It ended up being me, Josh, Ryan, Naomi, Erica, and Olive Oil, which was cool. They played most of the songs wayyy too fast, but it was still a cool concert / fun expirience. Josh's pants got annihilated. haha.

that's an awesome story!!!!! Jerry is such a nice guy! He used to be like my sex god , and then the first time I met him I was like "ohgod he's old" He still kicks ass though.

i had a devil's lock from age 17 to 19, so obviously i love the misfits. but i still haven't seen them live. i wish they'd come here

I really want to see Misfits - but at the same time, I really don't. Cause I have the suspicion they'd be shit and it'd just be a big let down.

I was going to go, but then I got a dentist appointment the day after, and I'd never get back home in time. I've already let that poor fucker down 2 times (my dentist that is) so I feel like I really have to go this time. He's gonna remove some stitches too now, in addition to fixing that damned hole in my tooth so I guess I'd better show up.

And in addition, like the person above said, I'm a bit worried that they're not gonna be as good as I'm hoping for.. Dentist it is then. Yey. Hope someone takes pictures. I'll trade them for pictures of my dental surgery!

Woah dude i just love reading ppl's stories about how they met theyr heroes.It just gets me thinking about the time i meet them(whenever that may be and im not talking about the misfits specifically i mean any of the bands i like)God i really wish i could meet some of my favorite bands.When dammit ive been waiting years

They're pretty shit now, unfortunatley. They were great with Danzig and Graves, but with Jerry on vocals backed up by members of Black Flag, and it's not to good. haha... speaking of Graves, my bands playing with him this fall

I'm going to see them in Houston next month... has anyone else around here seen them this tour? Did they suck? lol
I'm going anyway, because I wanna say I saw the Misfits, even if it's nowhere near being the original line up. I'm still going

I wonder if Michale Graves is better live than the current Misfits line up. All the videos I've seen on youtube seem to be. I guess I'll see next Wednesday as my band's opening for him.

Misfits are playing at the House of Blues here on December 1st... I dunno if I'll go. All youtube vids of them live really suck

That's what I've heard, that they suck now. Live, anyway... but like my friend says, it's an experience. At least I can say 'I saw the Misfits' even if it's not the original lineup. If I saw Kiss I'd still say, 'I saw Kiss' even if it's only 1/2 the original dudes. I don't care.
It's not Green Day I'd have a problem w/ seeing only part of GD...
