i think the main problem with the new song/sound is that all the good charlotte fans wont like it because it doesn't sound like good charlotte, and everyone else wont like it simply because it's good charlotte. so, it's basically a lose-lose situation for them because of the way people are, but i doubt they care anyway. it's not like they're really in the spotlight that much anymore anyway, they're probably just concentrating more on fun (which is good for them, i think).

Green Day is a huge influence to pop rock bands of today, but I honestly wouldn't truthfully say that they're copying GD.

i could see them as an influence for some of them, but not the other bands completely copying them or anything. like, i doubt any of those bands started out and said "hey! let's sound just like that green day band!", ya know?

i guess that's just some stupid idea that diehard green day fans get in their head because they seem to think that green day is just SOOOO great that no other band can compare to them and obviously wish that they were them

but anyway, i think you should be able to find the young and the hopeless fine. they had about 3 copies of that one there, but they didn't have the first one. i think kaelen took my original copy of it or something, because i know i had it. i remember being all confused seeing it at the store after they changed the cover and being like "what? a new cd already?". haha. (cuz mine had them in that circle or whatever and then they changed it to just the logo).

it's not that i hate them, but i dont enjoy them. they just kept on getting worse and worse, plus Joel's relationship with Hilary Duff made it even worse.
