I don't really like their music , but when I went to go and see Aiden last night, despite the huge amount of fans that were there for them, they stayed after and hung out until they met everyone!
They were pretty cool guys... and it doesn't seem like the MTV fame went to their heads at all, they were really down to earth and approachable... And now I have a lot of respect for them

Saw them at Projekt Revolution back in August.

there's a rumour that they are gonna be supporting Aiden in october. someone on the ML forum posted that WiL said that to her. and i did read today that Aiden are gonna be in the UK later this year. that'd be so awesome if it's true. i like Aiden too.

You know, I might take the piss a little, but I respect those guys. I mean, they had difficult childhoods and a shitload of dedication to get them where they are today.
I think the best track off the album is River People; it's creepy and dark and a bit ooky (been waiting to use that word for aaaaaaages).

Yeah, about River People, I think it's one of the things that sets Madina Lake apart from a lot of the bands they get lumped in with because they've got a really interesting dark side. You know, but not like an MCRish death 'n' doom dark side. That song gives me the fucking creeps and I love it. House of Cards is a bit like that as well, maybe with one eye on the hardcore scene.
I like their image and I like the album. Noyce.

the mole is hardly noticeable though hell, i have some sort of raised mole above my right eyebrow and i forget it's there most of the time.

and yeh, i know what you're saying. i read somewhere a couple of weeks ago that their next album is gonna be darker. so woot.

Fookin' yay. I kind of find it funny that they're not as big in the US and they are in the UK. But then Foo Fighters aren't that big a deal over there either, relatively speaking, but they sell out 100,000 capacity stadiums with no trouble here. Oh well.

i know it's pretty inevitable they will get bottled a bit, but i hope they don't much. it's the most pathetic thing ever bottling a band at a festival. there must be another band playing that you like or don't dislike, why waste your time bottling?
