That was a pretty boring first half. My guess is that both teams are trying to drain each other out, or play the occasional counter attack to surprise the other side.

Lampard's shot and Drogba's shot were probably the best things to come out of this match. And of course Joe Cole's wonderful stepovers.

Chelsea only had a few opportunities, 2 shots of Lampard, Drogba gave it a go. Just a shame the only creativity comes form Joe Cole. Every time SWP has the ball around 20 metres to create some danger, he loses the ball.

It's not completely fair to say 'boring boring Che;sea', because there are 2 team who have to make it a game.

Manchester might step up a gear the second half. I don't expect Chelsea to do that. They'll go for a counter attack.

I knew it was gonna be a boring game. Whenever it's ManUtd vs Chelsea or Liverpool, it's bound to be a boring game. But if it was ManUtd vs Arsenal, I think it would have been a much better game. Both teams play a technical attacking style and allow the opposition to play.

A penalty should have been given for Essien's challenge on Giggs right before the goal line controversy.

I absolutely agree about the Arsenal - Man U thing. That seems to be the most interesting rivalry in the top 4.
