See around here, we have hockey fever. Even if you hate hockey, you still love the sabres. Everywhere you go, you will see something to do with the sabres. I guarntee everywhere except say like, church, they have something supporting the sabres, whether it be a sign or something.
We are cool like that.

And canada isnt too far away, so its like a big rivalry.
We are bad asses for hockey here. We are so supportive of our team. I remember when we lost the stanley cup last year....people stayed at the airport, until the sabres arrived, and they had like a pep rally..it was touching..

I used to go to Buffalo and watch the games against Ottawa, when I lived in Brantford. Haha.

I live in Minnesota, USA, so you pretty much have to be a hockey fan. The Minnesota Wild got elliminated during the first round of the play-offs against the Ducks, so I haven't been following since then, although the rest of the family has. My oldest son plays Highschool hockey, and my younger is a Pee-wee. I love being a hockey mom.

Is that why we were one of the best teams during regular season?
And won 10 games, IN A ROW?
We are amazing obviousbly. We wouldnt have made it this far if we werent good.
Ottawa plays dirty. Ray Emery and the Biron goalie fight. I mean, what assholes? They fucked Drury up big time. They are a dirty team and do whatever they can to win. But we will review the tapes of the last game, and figure out how to get past your shitty teams dirty winnings and beat them like we have before. And their coach is fucking annoying.

Ray Emery is an ASSSSSHHOOOOLE. Ok its one thing to diss the hockey team they are playing against, but not to diss OUR CITY!! If we could, we would kick his ass. Like literally their is people here who want to kill Emery. See, the Sabres dont do much trash talking because we dont try to get into the head of the other team, we use our playing skills.

Miller is warn out, but we will be back on the top next games. We are gonna win it in then seventh.

And we dont suck. Not only is our team good, but they arent assholes like Ottawa, and they have the biggest fan base in WNY. Their was even a group of people here who took Sabres flags to the Vatican. NOW THAT IS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT!!!

Ah, that last shot from Corvo was a fluke. I doubt any goalie would have been able to get it. The minute the puck bounced, Miller was doomed. Such an amazing shot though!
Haha, I've noticed Ottawa's been playing kinda dirty. I think the NJ games have rubbed off on us, haha. At this point in the playoffs, the officials arent too worried about minor penelties though. They seem to be letting both teams get away with a lot more.

Ottawa always played dirty against Buffalo. That hit on saturday against Tallinder was totally uncalled for, and no body got a penalty. That was bull.
Miller is really an amazing goalie though, but he was in the net too much.
We got uncalled for penalties tonight though. Its because their is so much rivalry between canada and here, im convinced.
But you could tell that both teams were tired tonight. If just Buffalo was worn out, Ottawa would have scored alot more goals, but they didnt. Its so far into the playoffs that we are ALL just worn out. Miller was an amazing goalie the whole game though. He blocked alot.
Buffalo needs to start shooting more. Thats their problem.

Hockey makes me crazy. I will miss a game in regular season, and like FLIP OUT, so during the playoffs I HAVE HAD TO WATCH IT NO MATTER WHAT!!!

If the sabres make it past saturday, I want to go to the arena to this free thing they have, when the game are away, They have big screens up in the arena and all this stuff to watch the game.

^ Do they have the big parties in the Parking Lot there too? They're so fun.
