I saw them in Sacramento last Thursday and I'm seeing them again in San Francisco this Thursday. Has anyone gone to see them on this tour?
I fucking love this band so much. They busted out tons of my favorite songs, including:
The Decline ("If you don't know this song, you're gonna be bored for the next 18 minutes.")
Franco Un-American
Bottles To The Ground
Bob
Stickin' In My Eye
Whoops, I OD'd
Seeing Double At The Triple Rock
Idiot Son Of An Asshole
Perfect Government
What's The Matter With Parents Today?
Linoleum
Murder The Government
Radio (by Rancid)
and a few more (I got the setlist, but it's on my wall at home and I'm back in school for the week)
I still need to see them play a few songs I really love. Aside from all those, they played The Brews and I Wanna Be An Alcoholic at Warped Tour. So I just want to see them play:
Leave It Alone
Soul Doubt
The Separation Of Church And Skate
Theme From A NOFX Album (really unlikely)
Don't Call Me White
Dinosaurs Will Die
Kill All The White Man
Together On The Sand
So I sure hope they play those ones on Thursday!

When I saw them at warped, they played Dinosaurs Will Die. They raelly mix things up at their shows. setlists and stuff. I was going to see them sometime in august, but that show got cancelled and my parents didn't want me bugging them to see a band that I already got to see a month before.
It doesnt look like they'll be coming to canada for a while.

So I saw them again a week after I made my first post, in San Francisco. They were playing three nights in a row at Slim's, and it turns out they were recording another live album/video. I went to the third night and was front and center, so I'll definitely be on the video. They didn't play as many songs that I knew as in Sacramento, but they DID play Soul Doubt, which I've never heard them play. Not to mention they closed with The Decline.
Plus, last night I went to a Pennywise concert at The Fillmore, and when Pennywise took the stage I noticed a familiar-looking figure in a red shirt off to the side, watching the band and drinking a beer. However, it was dark, and I had no way to be sure. I asked everyone around me, and a couple people acknowledged that it looked like Fat Mike, but no one would confirm what I knew to be true. And, of course, Pennywise announced they had some special guests, so Fat Mike and Eric Melvin took the stage and joined Fletcher and Byron in playing The Brews. It was awesome.
I fucking love NOFX.

i've seen them on a couple of warped tours, since they play like every other year...they never really sound that together live, but they always rock way hard. and i've always had a blast when i see them.
