Huge F1-fan here. Since the first complete race I saw in 2000, I haven't missed one GP. I visited 2 GP's. In Belgium 2002 and Germany 2004. Monza and Silverstone are still on my list to visit.
Further more, I watch DTM and some Moto GP.

Monster Jam, if that counts.
Who knew I'd become a little monster truck fan? Not I.. apparently not my family either.
Monster Jam @ SkyDome (stiiiiill refusing to call it the Rogers Center...) on January 21st.. Quite excited!
Dirtbiking is kinda fun to watch too. Sometimes Nascar or the Daytona 500 are too, but I really don't understand why you'd sit all day just to watch cars turn left..

I really like motorsport especially F1!!! I first went to see it Silverstone 2003 for Friday parctice and every year since then i have gone to qualifying and the race. And i am going this year and can't wait. My favourite driver is Alonso. Not sure on his new hair cut though! I also follow GP2 but don't know who to support this year as Piquet has moved onto F1. I also like Moto GP and support Nicky Hayden. I would like to go this year to Moto GP but it is the same day as Goodwood festival of speed and my family would rather go to that. I lso like touring cars and BTCC.

man, i can't wait for F1 to start again. Last season was really exciting, though i hope more drivers are involved in the title race this season. Since Alonso has defected to Mclaren i just can't decide to support this season. It'll probabley be Hiedfeld, he was always my second fav after Alonso so i think it's time to 'promote' him as such

I'll be supporting Felipe Massa. After Frentzen stopped racing, I hadn't a favorite for some years. But since last year, I started to like the young Brazilian.

I will stick to supporting Fernando again this season as i have been since he joined Renault. But i am tempted to support Ferrari as their team hat is nicer looking. I personally don't like the silver McLaren one 1. But i suppose the important thing is the driver not the colour of the team merchendise so i will stcik with Alonso

So, Raikkonen on pole position in the first race of the season. His teammate Massa had some problems and starts from 16th. Alonso is second and Heidfeld third. The other BMW driver, Kubica, is fifth so they're doing a good job. Super Aguri surprised me with a 10th and 11th spot.

I agree that F1 ins't the most exciting all the time but when it is it is amazing! Japan 2005 is a great recent example. The race was fantastic.
I enjoy it though as i want someone to win so badly (Fernando Alonso

) that i am on edge the whole time and i am so nervous before the start of a race. I think if i didn't want someone to win i may find it quite boring quite alot of the time.
It looks to be an exciting championship this season. 3 drivers all equal at the top after todays race! England is going a bit mad about Lewis Hammilton especially the people who present the coverage that we get in England. I counted how many times they said "Lewis Hammilton" in the coverage today and when i got up to 30 in under 30 minites i stopped as it was getting rediculous.

The Bodine brothers, Geoff, Brett, and Todd are from Chemung, NY. Geoff and Brett are now retired, Todd won the truck championship last year and may run NEXTEL next year.

No, but Hamilton is doing great. Ferrari can't keep up with the McLaren's lately.
Albers and Spyker still suck, so for the Dutch there's still little to be proud of, haha.

No chauvinism as in
1. Militant devotion to and glorification of one's country; fanatical patriotism.
But seriously, England has a great history in racing, so they should have a great driver. They already have a great circuit, and I would hate it to see it off the calender, because if there are 2 racetracks you don't mess with, it's Silverstone and Monza.
And Damon Hill is indeed cool, as is Johnny Herbert

French Grand Prix tomorrow (F1) Massa in pole position, Hamiliton 2nd.
Come on Hamilton make it a hat trick!!
I've always loved F1 ever since I was little, I dunno why, I just find it quite entertaining to watch plus the noises the engines make are cool!
