I think the teams with the biggest fanbase on GDC should get the threads so that it's more than just one person bragging about some random team no one else knows about.

I agree with amanda, I feel threads for particular teams, would bring nothing more than "so and so rules" "nah their shit mate".

Along come the endless insults thrown back and forth.

And then the thread is doomed to the graveyard once boredom sets in.

Not really, the only teams that have a big enough fanbase are ManUtd and Arsenal.

i still think amanda is right about the updates thread. why use the world football thread when theres quals and stuff coming up to keep that alive, and the updates will predominatly relate to transfers and league updates? i think both would be better.
