Guitar Hero is one of the best games in the world evern though I just started playing it a couple days ago or so. I'm good at it but not every cuz i just started playing it.

I played it once, and it was really fun. My Dad wouldn't get it for my brother for Christmas because he said a real guitar costs about as much as the game itself/guitar controller O_O

My whole Guitar Hero 2 pack was $79.99. You couldn't get a real guitar for that... well you could, but if you did, it has a good chance of being crap.

My brother said he thought it was stupid and that he didn't want it.

I bought GH2 and it's pretty cool but I'm not that good at it yet, guess I need to waste more time playing it. The music is pretty good but I wonder what songs are on GH1. My 9 year old is really good at it though and is pretty much addicted to it.

I've played the first and second. They're alright I suppose.

I LOVE Guitar Hero 1 and 2. I got a Playstation 2 just for these games. My bf got it and he had me play and I loved it so much I bought them for myself and I got him Guitar Hero 2 for Christmas.

I adore it - we have Guitar hero one and two, so that means we have two guitars

And on guitar hero two you can play two player - So my brother usually does the lead parst (He plays guitar in real life) and I do either bass or rhythm.

Me and my siblings got GH2 for christmas. I solved it on easy on christmas day, and medium the day after. It's the best game ever. I'm gonna buy GH1 as soon as I can.

I love this game. My brother got it for Christmas and I play it all the time now.. even though i'm really not that good..oh well..I still play

WOW you are a master! how did you get so good? that was also the first time i've seen what the game is actually like, no one i know has it. so you basically just press the corresponding colours on the guitar? i might get it if it wasn't so expensive

Yeah, I've played the game since the first one came out December 2005. Just takes lots of practice and TONS of free time. Hah.

And yeah, the guitar controller has those 5 colored buttons on there, and when they come across, you press them down and strum on the "strum bar". Maybe that made sense.

If so, then get it. Mine was like $70. Unless it's used, then I'd second guess it.

my nephew got GH2 for Christmas, so I went to his house and played. I was actually surprised that I was able to play it very well. It's really fun but hands hurted when I went to sleep.

I got so fucking addicted to that game, when I got it on Christmas, I went and beat the whole thing on easy. I just got done beating the medium level. Freebird FTW! But its not really much like playing a real guitar, I guess it might help with finger dexterity or something....

I bought the first one with the guitar and I swear I stayed up all night playing it. I also bought the second one, which I think is better. Hope there's some Green Day/MCR songs on the third one!

And I have no idea how they expect you to get 5 stars on every song in Expert just to get some "log" guitar. I mean, I cant even beat all songs on hard!

I wouldn't expect any Green Day or MCR, because of the fact that most of the songs are 3 or 4 chords and no face melting guitar solos and such.

Well look at Guitar Hero 2...

They have Monkey Wrench by the Foo Fighters on there, all that song is is just chords.

Anyway, I doubt they would have any My Chemical Romance songs on the third one. And the only Green Day song I could ever see being on Guitar Hero would be Basket Case.

they should have an MCR song on there, that would be awesome
