For the WAR SUCKS, LET’S PARTY Tour we are teaming with the organization AFRICAN WELL FUND. A portion of the presale ticket sales will go toward supporting the AFRICAN WELL FUND’s efforts for building and maintaining wells in Africa. So please, get your tickets early to support the cause. Here are a few striking realities concerning water and sanitation. (CLICK HERE for more water stats and facts).
- More than half of Africa's people lack access to safe drinking water (UN)
- Of all the renewable water available in Africa each year, only 4% is used -- because most Africans lack the wells, canals, pumps, reservoirs and other irrigation systems (Africare)
- Twelve million people die each year from lack of safe drinking water, including more than 3 million who die from waterborne diseases (WHO)
- In some parts of Africa, women expend as much as 85% of their daily energy intake on getting water, increasing incidences of anemia and other health problems (www.unhabitat.org)

15 bucks to see four awesome bands! This is so awesome! I've seen Anti-Flag and Set Your Goals before, and they both rock, but I've been wanting to see The Explosion for so long!

The Explosion is great live!

I couldn't get to their last show but my cousin went and the lucky bastard smoked with them before the show! So he lied and said it was my birthday and I got a call from Damian haha and he wrote a lil note in my cd cover.

This is gonna be a great show, man. I'm really excited. I'm gonna go see Set Your Goals at Gilman Street to get me warmed up.


Although I do feel bad, because my dad really wanted to take me to see Blue Oyster Cult that night. I've never seen them before, and I've already seen Anti-Flag and Set Your Goals, and I'll be seeing Big D & The Kids Table at Warped Tour this year. But it's not really a contest. Anti-Flag fucking rocks.

BOC is so old, every concert could be their last.

March 14th is Taylor Hanson's birthday, so I'm gonna wear my Hanson shirt and tell kids about it to embarrass Nathan. haha.

Nope, The Explosion dropped off really early on. They were replaced by Big D & The Kids Table, an awesome ska band.

I would've preferred The Explosion, especially since Big D is playing Warped Tour.

Ahhh, this is next week. I forgot about that. Nathan better be in town, or I'll be mad.

3 days!!!! I'm so excited because this will be my first time seeing Anti-Flag on their own tour. I'm even more excited because I may be meeting up with the boys at the show to discuss this group i'm in called Students Against Militarism. I'm organizing a music festival for it and we're asking them for donations, information...etc.

^ same. ive only seen them at warped tour and that was 3 years ago so.. im excited to see them again where theyre the headliners

I'm in the same boat. I've never been to an Anti-Flag show. I saw them at Live 105's BFD, but I missed them at Warped Tour (so I could be in the front for NOFX).

It's gonna be sweeeeeeeet!

I've seen them headline twice already, and they put on a great show both times (one was in November 2003 and the other was in April 2006, so that's pretty consistant greatness Plus, they were great on the 2004 and 2006 Warped Tour, they just didn't get to play nearly as much).

2 weeks !!! hell yes.

Tomorrow! I'm sooo fucking excited! I finally get to have Chris Head sign my shirt after almost a yearr.

last night was AMAZING!!!!!
Set Your Goals - first time hearing them and really enjoyed their set
Big D - was excellent of course
Alexisonfire - awful, as I suspected, but the lead singer was funny.
Anti-Flag - great set, great pit, great time.

Alexisonfire is alright, but I would much rather have had them drop off the tour than The Explosion. Anyone agree?

Aah, so close, but so, so far away. Not coming to my state, but oh well. Seeing them on Warped Tour was good enough; I just wish they were playing it again this year.

i downloaded some alexisonfire stuff when i bought my anti flag ticket and well..it was a waste of memory on my comp to say the least
