Green Day's simple shit is better than Dragonforce. At least their 3 chord rock has some uniqueness to it, whereas DF hopped on the bandwagon of doing the same guitar tech stuff a trillion prog metal bands have done before.



If you want to hear talented metal guitars, listen to Children of Bodom. Download songs called Mask of Sanity, Bed of Razors and Children of Decadence.

This thread made me laugh almost as much as Dragonforce did when I saw one of their songs on Kerrang.

Sorry, but I can't take them seriously at all. The guitars are so over-the-top, it's hard to imagine them other than as a novelty act. Just my opinion.
