If we're including little local shows then I went to tonnes of my dad's band's concerts since before I can even remember. They were called Vagrant . The first one I can remember I was about 5, so it was like 1991. They played along with some other local bands outdoors . It was some pretty excellent grunge music. Good times

but yea...first concert? Britney Spears when I was about 8. The age says it all. How times have changed...I saw Cradle of Filth last year....

Kind of sad to admit but...Backstreet Boys. I was 12!!!
Since then I've seen Aerosmith, John Mayer and the Foo.
But I've worked so many more concerts than those...but those are the ones I've actually paid to see.

My first concert was lame... Bon Jovi & Skid Row.
My first show would have been Faith No More & Billy Idol, however, I was 12, my parents were paranoid about me getting trampled/raped/drugged/etc, and so I could only go to a show if a "trusted adult" accompanied me. So that's where the Bon Jovi show comes in, because their friend's daughter was going, and offered to bring me along. It was terrible.

My first club show was Mr. Bungle, when I was 13 or 14, can't remember... But it was awesome.

and my first Green Day show was a free concert they played in Boston. It was wild, and they pulled the plug on Green Day 4 or 5 songs in, because the crowd was so crazy. It was still awesome, though

My first concert was a Wig Wam concert october 2005 or 2006. it might not be though...there is a festival that's in my town every year, there's a couple of concerts there every year. might have gone to one of those without remembering it now...

I've seen some crappy Finnish bands when I was just a kid, but that doesn't count. What I consider my first actual concert was The Killers a few years ago (I was 14-15 back then). And then like, week after that I saw MCR. My parents were not-so-thrilled when they heard about my plans.

One of the best days of my life, no doubt about that.

haha. it was westlife. embarrassing. my fiirst "real" bigger rock concert was my chemical romance.

My first concert was back in june at the School of Rock fest. Main bands were Suburban Legends, Goldfinger, less than jake, and dropkick murphys. i've been going to shows every 2 weeks since then. Last show: Rancid last sunday. My favorite one so far.

Hopefully it will be Green Day this year (or '09, if they really take that long on their new album). Hopefully...

I went to my first concert when I was seven years old, and it was Lauren Hill, because my dad was on tour with her as caterer. I got to go backstage and chill out, which I enjoyed more than the show. I was just there to see my daddy since he was in town from being on tour for weeks and weeks.

Green Day saved My music taste.

My first was Jet Lag Gemini. It was so small I was standing inches away from them and got to meet them afterwords. My first BIG band concert was Rush like 2 months later. Both were amazingly awesome.

yayyyyy it was last night New Found Glory (as stated in my sig)... kindly paid for by my brother who took me as a birthday pressie. even though i was practically dead in p.e. today it was well worth it.. can't wait for the next one :D

GREEN DAY!! I saw them in September 2005 when they were with Jimmy Eat World.
IT WAS AWESOME.
They came around where I live in April and I couldn't go, and I was really upset...and then I got tickets for my birthday in August. I cried I was so happy. I was like in total shock.

It was seriously the best night of my life so far.
