I was kind of surprised ther wasn't a thread for them already...

I don't know if I'm gonna get bashed for this or whatever, but I am so in love with Dashboard as of late. Chris Carrabba is an amazing lyricist. I love the older, primarily acoustic stuff. There are some good songs on the new CD to, 'Reason to Believe' being my favorite from it. I also found a string quartet tribute - 'Saints and Sailors' never sounded so good.

Same here. I heard "Don't Wait" on one of the late night talk shows. It really sucked.

I only like their song "Vindicated". Its an ok song. Not MP3 worthy.

Yeah, I don't really like 'Don't Wait' either. It's probably my second least favorite song from the new album (riht in front of 'So Long, So Long', because I can't stand that one).

Yeah, they can be. I don't like them that much. It might be because their songs were really overplayed on the radio when new stuff came out.

I used to get 'Dashboard Confessional' & 'Death Cab for Cutie' mixed up. I dunno why.

weird, i was just thinking of them days ago, my grandpa has this dashboard confessional shirt and i'm like "wow, do you know the band?" and he's like "no"

i bet he got it at some discount bin at jcpenney or such,

anyways, yeah, they are pretty good, i like some their older songs better.

i love them, chris is amazing. a shade of poison trees totally made me forget of dusk and summer.
