i saw them live two weeks ago
and then a few months before that
i love them.

They were good at Warped. My camera died after the first song! I couldn't believe it... Then I wasn't allowed into the photo pit, but it was okay.

My friends ended up catching me singing along and whatever to them and the pushed all the way through the crowd just to stand next to me and make fun of me haha. I was hoping no one would see me there!

I had to miss their set at Warped because I had center barrier on the stage that All Time Low and We The Kings were gonna be on later, and I didn't want to lose that spot, so I stood there during other bands and had to miss cobra. If I didn't know that Cobra were coming here in a couple months, I would've gave up my spot to see them though. They were doing a signing but the line was scarily long so I didn't even try.

I saw them 3 times this year and I'm seeing them again in Novembers! Yay!

And Vanessa, those signings sucked! When I was on line, this lady told us the rules, she was like, "no talking to them, no taking pictures. Basically, you can't do anything but come up here and get your ONE item signed."

I was like, screw this, and I left.

I'm seeing Cobra for the third time this year in November <3

Yeah, I was in line to meet Oli Sykes from Bring Me The Horizon because my friends wanted to (actually we cut the line hehe...) and they wouldn't let us get pictures, all we got to do is really say hi and get one thing signed. So I didn't bother with like, Cobra's signing, ATL's signing, We The Kings' signing... but yeah. Oli said he would and then security was like WE HAVE NO TIME! So Oli was like... ah sorry!

They said the same things for Cobra's signing when I met them at St. Louis Warped... but ya know what? I got pics with every one of them
The guy who was telling us all the "rules" said no one was allowed to get pics, but he was just like (after, ok, a little begging) *whispers* "Ok, when you get up to them you can ask for pics but ONLY if you're discreet about it" and of course I was like "Hell yeah I will be!" so as I went down the line after someone signed Viva La Cobra I asked for a pic and they were more than willing.

My friend Hillory and I were the only ones allowed, and she was only able to get one with Gabe because she told him about seeing Midtown live back in the day and he like loved her, haha.

I still don't know why I got chosen to be the only one with pics, because other people were begging too. I guess I just had that look of "No way in hell am I leaving this signing without some" on my face. Must've been ~*~fierce~*~ (haha did I do that right?)

Moral of the story is... you guys probably could've snuck pics.

They opened up with The City Is At War and me and my friend went absolute nuts.
And Gabe noticed! Hhaha he just kept on looking at us.

I'm so glad they played Snakes On A Plane! When Gabe said they were it took a couple of
moments for me to register it, then I full on screamed ahaha, then laughed cause Gabe looked.

When they were finished Gabe jumped onto the barrier in the centre then he came across to where I was and stopped
and everyone was trying to touch his hand. I touched his arm and it was full on sweaty as. It was kinda eww hahaa.
When he stopped, my friend full on lost it and was like, "Omg I fucking love you man! You fucking rock!" And then he
turned to her and his face was all "Woahh!! " ahah.
I almost got to meet him afterwards, but then security made us leave cause they were closing the venue. Wankers.

i was really impressed by their live show. they had so much energy

I forgot about this until now, but during Cobra's set they played a bit of Hollaback Boy.
It was pretty sweet.

Was it this song where about a year ago there was some hype...like on myspace...someone posted
a hoax bulletin saying Cobra weren't allowed to perform Hollaback Boy at shows cause of some legal thing,
or was that Snakes On A Plane?

Gwen Stefani tried suing Gabe but instead of having to pay money he had to agree never to perform the song live again in entirety.
Sucks Personally if I was Gwen I'd be flattered, but I think Gabe did it without permission and that can cause a lot of problems.

and speaking of Cobra parodying songs, I LOVE "I Kissed A Boy"... sooo funny, even though Gabe doesn't sound like himself at all.

I saw them yesterday. They put on such a good show, despite that Gabanti didn't feel that good supposedly. But seriously, wow, it was so fucking fun.

i love cobra ive seen them twice, and both times they where awesome, both times they where support bands, and both times they where better than the band they where supporting. especially all time low, who where so bad i walked out 2 songs into their set.

But to each their own.

I saw Cobra for the second time on Friday. They did amazing. It was even more fun than the last time I went. I think their set got cut short though. They were running overtime and plus, Gabe didn't feel good. I think the northwest curses Gabe because he was sick last time he was here too. Poor guy haha.

But yeah, it was very fun. I met Suarez again

they should bring their asses here in Rome.
