so i went to see adam green last night, and it was like.....*omfg*....I've never been so near to a singer and band before. it was a pretty small club, just about 300 people there, and he came out half an hour late and when he did he turned his head and looked along that row of 6'1 people right into my eyes and he played and sang and moved (yeah, he's got a very unique dancing style..) his heart out and it felt so damn intimate, and then maybe an hour later i went to the bathroom with my friend and when we got back he left the stage just three steps behind me and i thought, 'woah, that was close now'.....and after the show, everybody's leaving, me behind my friend again, and somebody runs into me rushing towards the exit who i later figured out was the band's guitarist well, I guess that can be called a nice fun night

Thenewno2 are playing like 5 shows at the Key Club on Sunset in September. I am excited to see another Beatle's child. (Dhani Harrison's band (George's son), by the way). I saw Sean Lennon last year.

I'm seeing The Who in November. And I have great seats, the past times I've seen them I was faaaar back from the stage.

Well right now I'm in Pismo Beach to go to San Luis Obispo to go see The Phenaumenauts, Kepi Ghoulie (Groovie Ghoulies), and Vic Ruggerio (The Slackers). Then next friday my band is playing a show and I'm stoked to see the other bands on the bill.

That's cool. I've seen them twice in the last few years. They're not nearly as good anymore, but it's still a cool expirience. My band's playing with Michale Graves in November, so I'll see if he does a better job at the Misfits songs or not

Cobra Starship decided to post-pone their headline tour over here next month and move it to next year.. blah on them.

Oh and also might be doing Twin Atlantic - 28th September. It's in Scotland, so I'm trying to get my gig buddy to want to travel up there for the single release party they're having.
