I decided to go see them after all (The Ataris). My best friend paid for me.

I dunno if it was just an off night with them for your show, because I thought they were awesome. Kris was all joking around with the crowd and got really into it and everything. He even jumped into the crowd during "Boys of Summer" and we all surrounded him and were singing at the top of our lungs. Really fun show. I got a pic with him afterwards and he's a super nice guy (all of them were, actually). Them putting on a kickass show here might also have to do with the fact that apparently its their first show in Iowa in the last 6 or 7 years. Haha.

I...just got tickets for Van Halen! yay! Nov. 13th at the Garden!! Not the best seats, but fuck, I got seats!! They sold out in about 3 minutes.

I saw him with Amy Grant a few years ago, he is great!!We are trying to get tix to Van Halen. Not so good seats left, and Sammy Hagar is coming the same week. So the guys are trying to decide who they want to see more. I want to see them both.

And regarding the police, well you know i saw them in july, they were well worth the money. put on a great show and played all the oldies. xoxox

I call off work whenever I want to; they don't seem to mind. Haha.

Yeah, but I was told specifically that they HATE when people do that, especially since I'll be on probation for the first 6 months.

Plus, yesterday I received the news that TAI might be playing in my town! Its not for positive yet, but if it happens it will be in this small all-ages music club where there's no barricade and the band is practically on top of you the whole time. That way I wouldn't have to go all the way to Chi-Town to see them again... but its sad cause I still wanna meet you!
