To post pictures on GDC you need to uplaod them to something like imageshack or photobucket. Upload them on the site and they will give you a url. Copy the url and if the picture is less than 600 pixels wide, you can put [img] tags around the url and it will appear as the image. If it's larger than 600 pixels wide just post the url.
