Hmm...I've liked the White Stripes for a while, since before they were as popular as they are, through my sister, who listened to them and other local bands. I just bought their single Walking with a Ghost, and I like it a lot, it's my first White Stripes CD that I have on my own. Who else likes them?

I like them a lot. I love all their music videos, especially Fell In live With A Girl and The Hardest Button To Button. I need to get more of their cds though. I only have Elephant.

I like a lot of their stuff.. some of it is a tad repetative and boring though..

I dunno.. I can listen to them in short bursts.

I reckon they're a bit boring for my like...kinda like Wolfmother.

they're so much better than their singles indicate. great band.

I listen to the white stripes a lot recently. They make really good music. One of my favorite song is Hotel Yorba.

I can't stand them, I'm not sure why, but they just scream into the mike. That's what they did on the daily show when they performed.

I love the White Stripes. Jack has a cool voice and most of their music is really original. Its an interesting sound. Not to mention they make the coolest music videos (especially the Hardest Button to Button)!

i like them. i used to have one of their cds, but i gave it to butttt because he likes them a lot more than i do. i still listen to them sometimes though. like when butttt brings his cds in the car because i only like the white stripes and the start out of basically all of his cds.

Denial twist is really great. Also like Blue orchid and a few others.

I really like them. Seven Nation Army is an awesome song, and Elephant and Get Behind Me Satan are great cds, you guys should listen to them, they have some pretty damn good music.

I've really tried to see what people see in them, but I just can't. I mean, I know A LOT of people who like them and think they're great. I'm not saying they're bad, but I just don't get it . It kind of bugs me, actually . Could someone please share why they really like The White Stripes? I know Jack White is suppose to be a good guitarist (I know someone thinks he's the best ever). So what is it? Not to be rude, by any means, no, I've just been trying to figure it out for a long time. I mean, like I said, it seems like EVERYONE likes them....and I feel in the minority .

Not everyone likes them. The only person, other than myself, that i know who likes them is my dad. I wouldn't be able to tell you why i liked them. That's like asking me why i like Green Day, or why i like The Living End. There are reasons, but they're hard to explain.

I quite like them actually. I find their music to be amazingly catchy - especially my doorbell - that song just grows on me all the time, hehe. They make really good music especially since it is just the two of them.

Im confused though, everyone hear who likes them says they're good live. But I have heard countless tales of how they are terrible live.

I personally think that a pack of rabid fucking monkey could make better music that them!! so there but hey that's just me!

I went through an opsessive phase of them and they're still one of my fave bands Teehee today in art I got sent out because me and my mate Craig went hyper and were singing it really loud

AS I hear more and more stuff by them I like em more and more. Probobly one of my favorite bands.

I've never cared that much for them. But lately I've fallen in love with Seven Nation Army. It's actually a pretty damn good song. And I like My Doorbell. That song me got me into them. At least a bit. Those are the only songs, and the only ones I'm willing to listen.

I liked Jack in Cold Mountain. And he's actually kinda hot, and not.
