Good band. Never heard anyone say a bad word against them. I love Like The Angel.

One of their ex-members now plays in a band called Break The Silence. I met him once (while playing with BTS). He actually came up to me and shook my hand (and dedicated a song to me) because he liked my Anthrax t-shirt.

swing life away is a good song but don't listen to it too much, it'll drive me crazy.

I was going to buy it, so I previewed it on Media Player, but a lot of the songs seemed to be redundant sounding.

If anyone got it, how is it?

I have the new cd. I only have one of their other cds, but this didn't draw me in immediately like Siren Song did. I 've only listened to The Sufferer and the Witness completely through once, and as of right now only two songs stick out in my mind as being above average, better than the rest on the cd. I think Siren Song of the Counter Culture was stronger overall, and this album will take a while to grow on me. But some of the songs did sound kind of redundant.

the new cd is wayy better than siren song. its like $7.99 at best buy or something crazy like that, its worth it.

Ever since I've heard the new album, my favorite Rise Against song has been changed to Chamber the Cartridge. I love them. I'm seeing them on a Warped Tour show.

they played with anti-flag in 2003, so i've seen them. i'm not really a fan though.

I just saw them live for the first time yesterday. They are really amazing. I definately wasn't expecting such an amazing show. Tim really could work the crowd.

I've only heard a few of their songs. They're a great band, but not one I'd want to really get in to.

I saw them at Warped Tour last Wednesday. They were undoubtably the best band I saw that day.

They opened up their set with State of the Union, and it was phoenominal! I got so much chills when they played Chamber the Cartridge. The only bad thing about it is that they didn't play enough of their new album, but that aint much of a big problem!

I bought "Siren Song Of The Counter Culture" recently and it turned out to be one of my three favorite albums. Rise Against rules.

it hasn't been that long since i first heard their stuff. i think it was june this year! i checked them out because i saw that many of my "neighbors" at last.fm listened to them.

ever since i heard them for the first time, i've been hooked! within the last month rise against have become one of my top 5 bands (which usually takes years of listening). need i say more!
