Foxboro Tour: May 25 Phoenix, AZ Options

In order to try and keep things more organized and not clump everything into one thread, we'll make a thread for each of the shows. Post photos, reviews, comments, updated for each show. People can let others know which shows they'll be at, and these threads can remain active in the 'On The Road' forum afterwards so that those looking for certain things can still use them. You'll find other threads for each date pinned in that forum now.

As i mentioned on GDA, I'll be going to this. Planning on showing up sometime before noon, exact time unknown.

Driving 6 hours from Las Cruces, NM to be there.

Because as far as I know, they're playing in pretty small places, so it shouldn't be too hard to get a hold of them.

I'm going to this one too! I'm so excited! I've been to the Brick house before and its pretty cool. underage area is smaller than the bar area though. but oh well I'm sure it will be an amazing show!

Hey guys, this is my first post here and hopefully it's a helpful one. This information is posted on luckymanonline.com, the site of the promoter of the Brick House. It states:
The boys of Foxboro Hot Tubs are touring all May, and you can only get tickets the day of the show at the venue box office. $20 cash only tickets, two tickets per person. Patrons must have valid ID to attend. No line ups at venue until after 12 noon. Ticket sales will begin at 3pm, patrons can then pick up their tickets at 7pm and once tickets are received patrons must enter immediately into venue. No handing off tickets or leaving. End of story.
In exchange you’ll be treated to some loud garage rock, and who knows what else?

Hey I'll be at this one!! I never thought I'm going to colorado for a cousins graduation party and then the next day I'm flying to Pheonix for the show. I'm so excited. We should have something so that GDC members can recognize one another. How fun would that be!!

This is how I understand the thing with tickets from the information posted. At 3 p.m. they will start selling tickets. I'm guessing when this happens, you'll pay the $20 and they will take down your information (which is why you'll need a valid ID). At 7 p.m., the doors will open. When you enter, you'll show them your ID, they'll look on their list and once you've been found on the list you'll be handed the tickets and will then proceed directly into the venue. This is their way of making sure there is no reselling of tickets. I'm sure once people buy their tickets at 3 p.m., they'll just hop back in line to wait for the doors to open. Unless, of course, the Brick House posts another time restriction about what time we can come back to wait for the doors to open.

Ahh, interesting. Thanks for the clarification. Here's hoping they won't send us away right after we buy them. Then we'll have to have a tail-gate party at the nearest parking lot.

Me and my friend are totally going to this show. And we are kinda making the same trip as Andres, instead of going from Las Cruces, we are going to be driving from El Paso though, which is really close to Cruces.

Everyone that's going to the show should all meet up so we can all rock out together hahaha.

We were going to get there two days before, but we decided to just get there the day before, and we are gonna go party at night, and then go to the show next day.

Everyone from here should meet up like an hour before we're allowed to make a line, which would mean like at 11 i think, and we should all go eat or something, have like a meet and greet hahaha.

To Andres or anyone else who is going to be at this show - do you know how many people this venue holds? I'm debating flying in for this one but I wanted to know just how many people this place holds, seeing as how it's all ages and would be open to more people.

We should have like a little GDC tent or and umbrella type thing that says GDC on it outside the venue. that we we can all meet up and know where to find one another seeing as we are all gonna be waiting for awhile. Might as well wait together.

Andres--Don't know if you've caught wind of this, but there's a website (Triangletickets.com) that's selling advance tickets for this show--at $164.00 a pop, but still...

I was going to fly out from NC to see it, but now I'm worried it'll sell out, and I can't afford 2 plane tickets, hotel rooms, and $300 + for admission!
